PANELS
Panel 1 - Driven by Initiative
This panel will explore the passion that drives some of our most notable local entrepreneurs and what led them to start their small business/organization journey. In most cases, each of them has built their business or organization to respond to a need in the local community. That passion to serve the needs of the community extends to a broader interest in philanthropy and volunteerism throughout El Paso.
Panel 2 - Driven by Integrity
To those that much is given, much is expected. Our “Driven by Integrity” panel will explore integrity as a critical element of effective and credible leadership. Each of our panelists will discuss the importance of honesty, compassion and inclusivity to the success of their business or organization and provide examples of how they reinforce the importance of these ideals to their stakeholders. They will also discuss how their commitment to these specific leadership values extends to their commitment to the community.

Panel 3 - Driven by Social Responsibility
Increasingly, key stakeholders are holding corporations liable to embrace and maintain a commitment to social responsibility. Social responsibility concerns the way in which corporations deliver their products and services, treat their employees, and the ways that they aid and support the communities that they operate in and serve. Importantly, in the search for talent and customers, the social responsibility commitment of a corporation is playing an increasingly important role.
